Kitri started competing as an Olympic Lifter and Crossfit Athlete in 2016. She received certification in group training and personal training in 2018.
She focuses on strength and endurance training using multiple forms of training to achieve the desired results while also focusing on good nutrition for optimum health.

Seth Berteaux
Trainer, NASM
Seth earned his Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2022 and has been a Personal Trainer and Health and Wellness Coach since. He has passion for sharing his knowledge and experience to help his clients achieve their optimal health and fitness goals; including designing programs for athletes from middle school and high school to the NBA.
