Our Ninja Classes are high‑energy, obstacle‑based training designed to build strength, agility, coordination, and confidence — all while having serious fun. Inspired by Ninja Warrior‑style obstacles, these classes challenge kids and teens to climb, jump, balance, swing, and problem‑solve their way through creative courses.
Whether your child is brand new to ninja training or already loves a challenge, our classes meet them where they are and help them progress safely.

Who Are These Classes For?
While our Ninja Classes are especially popular with kids, they’re open to a wide range of ages, including older teens and adults.

No prior ninja or athletic experience is required — beginners are always welcome.
Class Structure & Age Groups
Classes are grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate challenges, coaching, and safety:

Ages 5–7 – Foundational movement, balance, coordination, and basic obstacles

Ages 8–10 – Strength development, coordination, and more complex obstacle sequences

Ages 11–13 – Advanced obstacles, problem-solving, and skill progression

Ages 14–16 – Increased strength, agility, and obstacle complexity with focused skill development

Ages 16+ – Teen and adult ninja training with scalable obstacles, functional strength, grip work, and agility challenges
