Youth Camps at High Mountain Fitness

Big Energy. Real Skills. Serious Fun.

High Mountain Fitness youth camps are built for kids who love to move. From ninja obstacles and climbing walls to active games and movement challenges, our camps help kids build confidence, coordination, strength, and teamwork in a high-energy environment.

Whether your child wants to climb higher, move faster, or simply stay active and have fun this summer, we have a camp designed for them!

Ninja Warrior Camp

Run, jump, swing, climb, balance, and conquer obstacles.

Kids will work through ninja-style obstacle courses, skill stations, team challenges, and timed course runs designed to improve coordination, confidence, and athleticism.

Climbing Camp

Build confidence on the wall.

Campers learn climbing movement, safety habits, problem solving, and body control through guided climbing instruction and games.

You can expect technique instruction, movement challenges, team activities, top-rope climbing, and confidence-building exercises.

Youth Sports Camp

Move, play, compete, and have fun.

Our Youth Sports Camp focuses on athletic movement and active play rather than highly specialized sports training. Kids will rotate through games, relays, court sports, agility activities, and team competitions that keep them engaged and moving all morning.

This camp is designed to build athleticism, teamwork, coordination, and confidence in a fun environment.
