Jessica West
Certified Personal Trainer
Hi there! My name is Jessica West. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was a young adult. I’m certified in group and personal fitness, and I love helping others gain confidence, strength, and functional health through all kinds of fitness. I’m particularly passionate about teaching TRX, Spin, circuit training, and weightlifting. I believe that functional fitness for overall movement and health should be the focus for long-term lifestyle changes.
As a young adult, I faced some health challenges that left me feeling weak and unable to do the things I loved. This fueled my determination to work through these struggles. I achieved this through group fitness and my amazing fitness family and support.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and adventures with my family. I train year-round for strength, endurance, and mental toughness for these hobbies.
I’ve worked with beginners all the way to individuals who are very advanced in their fitness journeys. I can make any of my classes fit your level or experience and meet you where you are at. I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment for individuals of all fitness levels.
Come join me 2x a week or for some personal training to start your journey into better health and building a fitness family!
