Unlimited classes are $100/mo and include 24 Hr access to our facility; classes are also available by Drop-In.

Interval Training

Shred

Step Aerobics

Zumba/Strength

Zumba Strength is a hybrid class that combines strength training and dance. The first half features bodyweight, weighted, and isometric exercises for a full-body workout, while the second half turns up the energy with Zumba for a fun and engaging cardio session.

Spin Class

Spin/Strength
Kick off with 20 minutes of high-intensity cycling to elevate your heart rate and torch calories, then transition into a focused, strength-building weightlifting session designed to build muscle and improve control. This class delivers the perfect balance of cardio endurance and functional strength—leaving you energized, stronger, and more balanced.
Power Circuit

Power Circuit is a full-body workout that recruits multiple muscle groups for a well-rounded, functional training experience. This class targets the muscles needed to better utilize existing strength and convert it into higher power output and improved physical performance. Designed to enhance total-body coordination, strength, and efficiency, Power Circuit supports both everyday movement and athletic performance.

Yoga Fitness Mobility

This class blends yoga’s mindful movement with functional fitness to improve joint health, flexibility, and strength. Focusing on key areas such as the hips, shoulders, and ankles, participants move through dynamic movement patterns and controlled stretches designed to support better everyday movement, injury prevention, athletic performance, and recovery. Suitable for all levels, this class is ideal for anyone looking to feel more open, strong, and capable in their body.

Cardio boxing

Cardio Boxing combines the art of boxing with a fast-paced, full-body workout. Designed for all ages and experience levels, this no-sparring class focuses on technique, bag work, and conditioning through 30-60 second circuits. Come learn real boxing fundamentals while burning calories, building strength, and having fun. Join us for this 8 week specialty class!

Suspension strength & conditioning

This full-body workout uses adjustable suspension straps and your own bodyweight to build strength, improve balance, and increase core stability. By leveraging gravity and controlled movement, participants can easily modify each exercise to match their fitness level—making this class both challenging and accessible for all abilities. Expect a dynamic mix of strength, core work, and functional movements designed to improve overall performance and everyday movement.
